Great food, inviting atmosphere! Generous portions, surprised by the extra egg, order 3 get 4, etc. Servers were prompt and helped out with each other's table. I've lived in Plymouth for 20 years, never tried it. Wish I had tried it much sooner!

Not sure why this place has this many stars. Came to treat my grandma & our waitress was rude & messed our order up & argued with me over it mind you it wasn't even busy. My silverware was dirty & she forgot part of my order in the end. Probably won't return. Will make the extra drive for better service & food. Pretty disappointed.

Food is really great! They sure do know how to deliver! The food comes quick within 5 minutes. Customer service is on point. Definetly going to be my favorite place to get breakfast.

Always a great place to learn the latest "happenings" in Plymouth. (But you must be at the counter). Plus excellent waitresses w good sense of humor.

Was staying at the AmericInn down the road when the breakfast was backed up. We decided to go hunting for some food and found this place and oh my God. This was like a diamond in the rough. The food was amazing, the service was kind and sociable, and just the general vibe was like your own dinner table. We will definitely be back here again. Thank you Hub City Restaurant!!

Great food and prices. Why does it say it is open on a Tuesday online, and when I show up that is the only day they are closed? Get it fixed and so people dont waste their time.

Enjoyed our breakfast here at Hub City. Perfect place for a Saturday breakfast before a long bike ride home. Note the extensive hot sauce collection they brought to the table. When we go back to Plymouth again next year, pretty sure this will be our breakfast stop. Classic greasy spoon diner.

This place was mediocre. The food tasted very processed. I could tell the fruit in my crepes had come from a can. The coffee was not good. It tasted old.. The best thing was our server. She was kind and patient. I'm sorry, Hub City but I will not be coming back. :(

"Hole in the wall" local diner . Very popular with Plymouth and Sheboygan county residents. Be prepared to find your own seat , it is usually pretty packed , but ample seating won't leave you standing . The price , along with speed , make this a great place to stop in a pinch . The waitstaff is attentive and prompt while also remaining polite (sometimes hard to come by.) I can't speak for all the dishes ( I haven't tried much else on the menu ), but breakfast will not disappoint . Little tip :if you want 3 eggs order two , you usually get an extra. The ONLY complaint I have is the hours . They are usually only open until early after noon . However , this does add to the nostalgia of this quaint little gem.

The 3 piece battered cod was very good with a nice light crispy coating! Toddler ate up her chicken tenders & enjoyed their cheesy vegetable soup.

This place has been my go to diner all of my life. The portions are amazing and the food is not expensive. I love the vibe this place gives and hope it stays around forever. Also the owner is super friendly and when he's there we will always have a nice chat. 100% recommend this place to all types of people. Give it a try

Quick service and good food

Good service, quick, good prices and portions. Food is a bit greasy, but its normal diner breakfast, cant really mess that up.
